With almost 30 years of co-educational experience, Pangbourne College is an independent day and boarding school for girls and boys aged 11–18, set in over 230 acres of the North Wessex Downs National Landscape, alongside one of the country’s finest stretches of rowing river.

Pangbourne’s adventure programme is designed to take our students outside of their comfort zone and allow them to face their fears and excel as well as build resilience. It also provides a platform to foster critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork through hands-on experiences. We want Pangbournians to thrive in uncertain situations, to face unknown outcomes and to embrace novel experiences. Pangbourne prepares our students to have the ability to act intelligently when faced with a situation for which they have not been specifically prepared.
