Our Policy on Selling or Sharing Personal Information

McMillan Education does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation, nor do we share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the families and students who trust us with their educational journey.

Your Right to Opt Out

Under applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. Even though we do not currently engage in such practices, you may submit a formal opt-out request to ensure your preferences are documented in our systems.

To submit an opt-out request, please contact us using the information below. We will process your request and confirm receipt within 15 business days.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

You may submit your opt-out request by any of the following methods:

Verification of Requests

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to provide information sufficient to identify you in our records. We will not use this information for any purpose other than verifying your identity and responding to your request.

Authorised Agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. To do so, the authorised agent must provide written proof that they are authorised to act on your behalf, and you must verify your identity directly with us. We will process requests from authorised agents in accordance with applicable law.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you with a different level or quality of service, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate or different level or quality of service because you exercised this right.

In addition to the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may have other rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to correct inaccurate information.
