Currey Ingram Academy is a JK-12 day and boarding school for students with learning differences, located on an 83-acre campus in Brentwood, Tennessee, just 16 miles from Nashville. For more than 50 years, Currey Ingram has specialized in helping students with dyslexia, ADHD, executive function challenges, and other learning differences discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve their fullest potential.
Through small class sizes, evidence-based instruction, and Individualized Learning Plans, each student receives the support, structure, and encouragement needed to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated faculty understand that students learn differently, and they work closely with families to create a highly personalized educational experience.
Currey Ingram’s boarding program, available for students in grades 9-12, extends the mission of our day school into the evening and weekend hours, providing students with learning differences a consistent, supportive environment beyond the classroom. With structure, routine, and guidance from caring residential life staff, boarding students continue building executive function skills, independence, self-advocacy, and confidence in daily life.
