Our Changemakers program sets LAS apart. In an exclusive partnership with the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), LAS students engage with a curriculum designed specifically for them and have the opportunity to earn university credit while still in high school. Alongside this, our collaboration with Babson College brings real-world business simulations into the classroom. We use the Harvard case study method to develop the entrepreneurial mindset that universities and employers are looking for.
At LAS, residential life is the foundation of everything we do. Every student lives on campus in one of six dormitories, supported by live-in faculty who provide the guidance and care that define a family environment. Individualized Academics
At LAS, no two students follow the same path. Our program for grades 7–12 is built around each student's skills, interests, and university goals. Whether pursuing the full IB Diploma, AP courses, a hybrid program, English Language Acquisition, or our Changemakers Program, academic advisors work closely with each student from Grade 9 onward to ensure the right fit in coursework and in university placement. Experiential Education
Learning at LAS reaches well beyond the classroom. Our Whole Child curriculum recognizes that students grow through experience as much as through study. Through our Alpine Institute, students engage with the mountains as a living classroom, hiking, climbing, and developing resilience through activities like our 4000 Meter Club, which takes them to the highest summits in the Alps. Our Leadership Program develops independent thinkers through more than 80 student leadership roles across campus. Two major cultural trips each year carry students across Europe and beyond, treating the wider world as an extension of the curriculum.
