St. Mark’s School is a coeducational Episcopal School boarding school located 30 miles west of Boston, MA. St. Mark’s educates young people for lives of leadership and service. Founded in 1865 as an intentionally small residential community, the School challenges its students to develop their analytic and creative capabilities by both inspiring their academic and spiritual curiosity and kindling their passion for discovery. We value cooperation over self-interest, and we encourage each person to explore his or her place in the larger world beyond our campus. As an intentionally small and supportive community. We offer a world-class, holistic education infused with innovation and discovery, a community that fosters confident, well-rounded, good citizens and creates an inner drive to learn more, do more, and persevere through challenges. Respect, understanding, safety and honesty (RUSH) are paramount in all aspects of St. Mark’s life. Our outstanding academic program is complemented by a rich arts program and a competitive athletic program designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels.
