Hampshire Country School is a Place of Possibilities for up to 20 high-ability, neurodiverse boys who have not found success in traditional education environments. The nonprofit boarding school and Timbertop summer camp program offer understanding, light-heartedness, and structure to educate boys in a family-style, supportive, and calming learning community. Our nearly 2,000-acre campus and working farm in southern New Hampshire allow for plenty of time and space for students to learn and grow at their own pace.

Unique Characteristics
(1) Since 1948, Hampshire Country School has been a haven for parents whose children needed someone to believe in them and to notice their strengths rather than their difficulties.
(2) It is a school where students have come to believe in themselves, accomplished more than they thought possible, and made life-long attachments.
(3) It has been a place for boys with high intellectual potential that has not been realized and with idiosyncrasies that may have become major problems in traditional settings.
