Located 30 miles north of Chicago, our classes frequently take curricular trips to the city’s museums and exhibits, enhancing student learning beyond the classroom. Additionally, we offer weekend activities to local movie theaters, restaurants, sporting events, museums, and more, allowing students to enjoy Chicago, Milwaukee, and the surrounding area.

Approximately 25% of students will participate in our experiential education program, traveling with LFA during spring trip to destinations across the country and around the world. Recent trips have included Belize; Greece; Kenya; Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam; Spain and Morocco; and Guatemala. Each year, 100% of students matriculate to college and universities.

The Class of 2025 attended 75 colleges and universities across 21 states and five countries. With a 30:1 student to college counselor ratio, our counselors provide incredible support throughout the college process. All four colleges counselors are dorm parents, coaches and advisors, ensuring strong relationships and comprehensive guidance for our students and families.
