Description

Hershey Montessori School prepares students to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Our Montessori approach to education is scientifically geared toward the natural stages of every phase of their development. This allows the student to discover their strengths and master challenging concepts based upon individual growth and interests. Hershey provides a world-renowned education that integrates academics with financial literacy, leadership, entrepreneurship, and other important real-life skills. Special emphasis is placed on embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), ensuring students are emotionally, academically, and skillfully empowered for life, and to make a positive impact in the communities among them. Tuition assistance, boarding, transportation, and scholarship opportunities are available.

Unique Characteristics

Our Microeconomy and Emerging Leaders programs give students essential tools and skills that prepare them for life after school. Microeconomy: Students experience economic activity in their community – the “microeconomy.” Through product design, production, exchange, and finance management, students enjoy experiential learning of essential skills that promote the development of the adolescent toward understanding and taking part in adult society.

Emerging Leaders: Through intentional curriculum, dialogue, and interactions with professionals, community and social leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs, students are equipped to become effective, impactful leaders in their school community and for the future.
